Mubasher: National International Holding achieved an increase of 158.8% in profits during the third quarter of 2018 compared to the same period a year ago.

Earnings grew to KWD 88,000 ($290,340) in Q3-18 from KWD 34,000 ($112,180) in Q3-17, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

From January to September in 2018, National International Holding, which is listed on both Boursa Kuwait and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) achieved an increase of 13.7% to KWD 1.41 million compared to KWD 1.24 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.

The increase in 9M profits is attributed to a growth of 22.9% in operating revenues when compared to the same period in the prior year.
